What are the available Shipping Services?
Delivery in 1.5-2 Business Weeks. Free Shipping for orders above 500 INR. For quicker deliveries within 2-3 days, extra shipping applicable according to the location of the customer.
What to do in case of Missing Deliveries?

Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- What if my return and exchange item price is more than my exchange item price?
You will have to buy an item for the difference of the two prices.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email on the email address mentioned below with pictures of items you wish to exchange along with a picture of the item on the website.
- Also include in the same email what item you would like to exchange it with.
- Once we have confirmed that we can offer an exchange, we will mail or call you to send us the parcel of clothes (that you have bought) with a shipping company of your choice.
- We will then send you the exchanged items within 7-10 days.

Return and Refund Policy
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Returns are free of charge.
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via the website. The returning items must be sent to us within 10 working days from the date you received your parcel.
The return items must be in a feasible condition, with the original tags in place, along with no visible signs of tear or use. If not met with these conditions, the refund will be cancelled.
You can easily return items by following these steps:
1. Let us know which items you wish to return by registering your return online order on our website on the return portal. All you need is your order number and you can arrange collection of your return.
- Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Registering your return online means you don’t need to include any paperwork in your parcel.
- You have to ship the parcel back to us with the address provided on the website. Once received, we will send you a confirmation within 10 working days.
- Your refund will be sent back to you within 21 working days. If you have paid for the purchase with cash, you will be required to send us details of your bank account where we will credit the refund.

- What if refund is not sent within 21 working days?
You can email us about your refund status and we will get back to you with it as soon as we can.
- Do you offer exchanges?

- I did not receive a refund and it has been more than 21 working days. What should I do?
Make sure that you have both emailed us and called us, we will make your refund our priority. However, in most cases, the refund will be sent within 21 working days.
- Why am I asked for a return payment?
Please do not respond to any return payment requests. As mentioned, we offer free returns.
